We are still lost for words at how perfect our wedding day was. There was no question in our minds to book our wedding through Gillian. From initial contact she knew exactly what we had in mind,  and although we never needed to visit to look at the stunning venues that had been suggested to us, we decided to and had the most beautiful day with Gillian looking at many different venues all unique and special in their own way. Gillian had lots of ideas about the wedding without being intrusive and trusting our ideas too. After we had chosen our venue, Gillian took care of everything. I still wanted input into detail and décor, and Gillian helped arrange this both with her highly reliable vendors, but also advising on little pieces we could do ourselves. This of course was an amazing advantage for a Bridezilla like myself.

We had the opportunity to also go back ahead of the wedding to taste the food and wine. As much as we loved this trip, I can honestly say all the food was beautiful and you cannot go wrong with any choice and the wine was out of this world!

As for the wedding day, it was everything we had dreamed of, relaxed but still formal. All the guests were amazed at both the Castle and the Wine Estate, and are still talking about the tenor singer, band, and how the flow of the day was run with precision. Our guests have not stopped talking about Gillian, all the staff at the Wine Estate and the quality of the food and wine and how much of it there was. We have even had ‘friends of friends’ book to go to Tuscany and in particular the Wine Estate where our wedding took place just through seeing photos of our wedding weekend.

We also had the privilege to be married by the newly elected Mayor! Words can’t express how honoured we were for this, he was amazing. Our ceremony was very personal and he had our guests in awe with his lovely words. It was a true honour to have been his first wedding. 

Gillian offers the chance for you to relax on the most important day of your life in the most beautiful place on earth. We cannot thank her enough for our perfect day.
